Who I Am
I'm Alex Bailey, the founder of Aegis Property Consultants. You can find me on LinkedIn. I specialise in high-stakes property transitions: deceased estates, complex acreage, distressed sales, and everything in between.
I've spent the last five years coordinating complex property work across Greater Sydney. Trades management, site operations, document recovery, compliance, and getting difficult assets ready to sell or settle. It's not magic. It's clarity, pace, and someone willing to own the outcome from day one.
I started Aegis because I saw the same issue again and again. Families dealing with deceased estates were juggling removalists, cleaners, trades, and compliance. Real estate agents were becoming logistics coordinators. Probate lawyers needed an operational partner for the physical side of estates. No one was making it simple.
How I Work
I don't do generic property management. I focus on situations where complexity, emotion, or urgency creates paralysis. When someone's stuck and needs the property ready to sell or distribute, I come in and compress months of uncertainty into a clear, high-intensity sprint.
I treat every property like the outcome matters because it does. An executor shouldn't have to worry about whether the clearance is done respectfully. An agent shouldn't have to chase removalists and trades. A lawyer shouldn't have to manage the physical side of an estate while handling probate. That's what I do.
I'm structured and methodical. You get one point of contact, me. I manage the entire process: assessment, discovery, trades coordination, compliance, clearance, and final delivery. No middlemen, no handoffs, no excuses.

My background is in coordinating high-stakes property work: trades and contractors on complex sites, compliance and documentation, time-sensitive transitions, and the human side of estates that can't be rushed.
What I learned over the years is the reason Aegis exists. Properties don't stall because the work is hard. They stall because no one is in charge of the work. The trades are fine. The cleaners are fine. The compliance is fine. What's missing is the person who owns the timeline and the outcome end-to-end.
